The Returns Portal Won't Let Me Register My Return

What is ReBound?

ReBound is our easy to use portal where you can register & track your returns from posting to receiving your requested reimbursement.

Why can't I register my return?

The most common issue customers face is that the portal is case & space sensitive. Simply dig our your order confirmation email and input your email address and order number exactly how they are presented on there.
If you accidentally typed 'yOuR emaIl like this when placing your order, you're going to have to do it again to register your return.

It is still not working...

If you are genuinely within your returns window, there is only one other explanation for you not being able to register your return and that will be due to an item on your order being a pre-order item and you not having received it yet.
You shop the latest looks because you're a trend setter; to keep up with that we need to run a tight schedule on our returns so we ask that you register your return within 14-days of fully receiving your order. That means you won't be able to register until you've received your last item.

14 Days is 14-days...

That is 14-days to register your return and then another 14-days to post it back to us. We're very hot on it but it is with the best of intentions. Club L looks are just too good to not be paraded out in the world so even if we can't accept your return, we may be able to play matchmaker with some alternative return options.
