It is important that you capture images and share them with us as quickly as possible so that we can arrange a replacement for you. Rest assured; we take investigations like this very seriously. Unfortunately, there are people that send some truly shocking garments back to us so we do have to operate very strict policies when it comes to the condition of returned goods All returned goods must be found to be in the condition that they have been received in. We have a number of processes linked with our investigations including the checking of CCTV from picking your order in our distribution centre to the van that brings it to your door. If something has happened in-transit, we will get to the bottom of it. If you are returning non-faulty goods as well, please ensure that they meet the criteria for accepted returns:

Item condition is new, unworn/unwashed
Item has original packaging and tags included
Item safe-tape ribbon is attached

 

Failure to meet these criteria could result in your garment not being accepted by our team so it is very important to get those images sent across to us as soon as you possibly can.
